Jeff P. McClafferty, Ph.D., has worked with organizations for 24+ years to improve their business results via the development of innovative human resources systems and practices. He has worked in organizations ranging in size from Fortune 100 to small non-profit and entrepreneurial start-up enterprises and in a variety of industry sectors - aluminum, computer, consumer product, pharmaceutical, steel, telecommunication, social service, and utility. He relates easily to senior managers, technical staff and hourly employees. Jeff earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Society, American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Katherine L. Bittner, Ph.D., has over 20 years of experience working with top talent to help them create positive leadership impact in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, utility and non-profit environments. She is an expert at blending cutting-edge research with practical applications in the areas of selection and hiring, executive coaching, team start-ups and development, and survey research. Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Best Rolex Replica
